David Ho joined Stranch, Jennings & Garvey in early 2026 as a staff attorney. He brings several years of e-discovery experience in various federal and state litigation cases, including intellectual property, patent infringement, antitrust, securities, employment, products liability, consumer fraud, broker-dealer and other cases.
After earning his J.D., Ho worked as an auditor for a multinational accounting firm in the Netherlands. That experience led him back to the U.S. with another multinational accounting firm where he worked in its U.S. international tax practice, then served as an associate attorney in tax and wills and trust law.
Outside of work, Ho is an Anaheim Ducks season ticket holder, and enjoys skiing, traveling and being at the barricade at concerts.
