Stranch, Jennings & Garvey members Anne K. Davis and Lesley E. Weaver have been named to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list.
The Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers is a prestigious guide that highlights the most accomplished U.S. plaintiff attorneys specializing in consumer-focused litigation, such as class actions, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts and wrongful death.
Davis’ practice focuses on high-stakes investigations and the litigation of antitrust, consumer protection and securities matters, and she has a proven track record in landmark litigation. She was a key member of the legal team for In re: Facebook, Inc., Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation, which resulted in a historic $725 million settlement in 2025 — the largest privacy class action settlement in history. She has previously been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list.
Weaver was appointed co-lead counsel in the multidistrict litigation against Facebook and served on the plaintiffs’ steering committee of the Volkswagen “Clean Diesel” litigation, which recovered more than $10 billion for the environment and $7 billion for consumers. She has previously been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America, 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers and 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers lists.
Lawdragon 500 honorees are selected through submissions, independent journalistic research and editorial vetting from a board of peers who review attorneys’ achievements in verdicts and settlements.
