According to the National Safety Council (NSC), 4,842 large trucks nationwide were involved in fatal wrecks in 2020 (the last year for which data is available). According to the National Center for Statistics and Analysis (NCSA), an office of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), 831 truck occupants and nearly 5,000 other individuals were killed as a result of these crashes in 2020. Between 2017 and 2020, an average of more than 42,000 truck occupants and more than 151,000 other individuals were injured.

These numbers clearly reveal the prevalence of wrecks involving large trucks and the damage they inflict on individuals and their families. Our firm has decades of experience in representing victims of trucking wrecks who seek compensation to cover physical and material damages.
