Stranch, Jennings & Garvey attorney Grayson Wells has been recognized by his peers in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for his high-caliber work in Privacy and Data Security Law.
Inclusion in Best Lawyers is based on a rigorous peer-review survey, and honors attorneys whose dedication and skill set the standard for excellence in the legal profession. Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America is tailored to attorneys with fewer than 10 years in practice, and spotlights rising legal talent demonstrating excellence in private practice.
Only about two percent of early-career attorneys in the United States receive this honor. Each honoree exemplifies strong discipline, reputation and professional respect, marking a key milestone early in their careers.
This year’s edition saw a 108 percent increase in the number of Privacy and Data Security Law attorneys, marking it as one of the top practice areas among early-career attorneys.
In addition to privacy and data litigation, Wells practices in the areas of class action, civil litigation and complex civil litigation, in both state and federal courts.
Before becoming a lawyer, Wells spent more than a decade as a network infrastructure engineer, both in the military and the private sector. In addition to his law degree, he earned a master of science degree in cybersecurity risk management from Indiana University and a bachelor of science in computer science from Park University.
