Jack Smith focuses his legal practice on Mass Tort, Class Action and Personal Injury. In addition to these practice areas, he also has experience in municipal and utility law, property disputes, and wills and trusts.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as acquisitions editor for both the Tennessee Law Review and Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He was also a member of the Appellate Law Clinic, where he helped successfully appeal a Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure case before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal in U.S. v. Christian.

Outside of the office, Mr. Smith enjoys rock climbing, hiking and bicycling.
